By using Shaadi.club (“we”, “our”, “Platform”), you agree to be bound by these terms and conditions. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use the Platform. We reserve the right to update these terms at any time.

2. Eligibility

• You must be at least 18 years of age.
• You must be legally eligible to marry.
• All information provided by you must be true and accurate.
• You must be a citizen or legal resident of India.

3. Account Responsibility

You are responsible for maintaining the security and confidentiality of your account. You are fully responsible for all activities that occur under your account. If you suspect unauthorized use of your account, notify us immediately.

4. Profile and Content

• You will provide accurate and truthful information in your profile.
• You will not use another person’s photo or information.
• Uploading obscene, offensive or misleading content is prohibited.
• We reserve the right to remove any profile without giving any reason.

5. Payments and Subscriptions

• Payment for premium subscription is done through secure gateway.
• All prices include GST.
• Subscriptions do not auto-renew unless you explicitly agree.
• The amount paid is non-refundable (see Refund Policy).

6. Restricted Activities

• Spamming, hacking, or any actions that harm the Platform.
• Cheating other members or committing financial fraud.
• Commercial advertising or promotion.
• Creating profiles of minors.
• Harassment or threats of any kind.

7. Limitation of Liability

Shaadi.club is solely a matchmaking platform. We are not responsible for the interactions between members or the outcome of marriages. Members should conduct their own due diligence. We do not guarantee the authenticity of any profile.

8. Intellectual property

The Shaadi.club logo, design, text, graphics, and software are our intellectual property. Any use, copying, or distribution of any content without our express written permission is prohibited.

9. Dispute Resolution

Any dispute arising out of or relating to these Terms will be governed by the laws of India. In the event of a dispute, amicable settlement will first be attempted. If negotiations are unsuccessful, the Delhi courts will have jurisdiction over the matter.
